I had a blowout and was on the side of the road. Karim came and changed my tire and I was back on the road in no time! I Really recommend these guys!

Common questions and tips from our work with Baltimore customers.
- What information should I have ready when I call?
- Your exact location is most important: a street address, cross streets, a highway exit or mile marker, or a nearby landmark. Then tell us the make, model and color of your car and what happened, such as a flat, a car that will not start, or keys locked inside. Keep your phone charged and nearby so we can reach you.
- How do I know if it's my battery or something else?
- A dead battery usually shows up as a clicking sound when you turn the key, dim or no dash lights, or no response at all. If the engine cranks normally but will not start, the problem is often elsewhere, such as fuel or ignition. A jump start will tell you quickly. If the car still will not run, a tow to a shop may be needed.
- What should I do while I wait for help?
- If you can, move the car off the travel lanes and turn on your hazard lights. On a highway, it is usually safer to stay buckled in your car or stand well away from traffic, behind a guardrail if there is one. Do not stand between your car and passing traffic. Keep your doors locked if you are alone at night.
Tip
Keep a small roadside kit in your trunk
A basic kit makes any breakdown easier: a flashlight with fresh batteries, a reflective triangle or flares, a phone charger, gloves, a blanket in winter and a bottle of water. Check that your jack and lug wrench are in the car and that you know where your locking lug nut key is kept.
